Two sheets of steel, two locks of the highest class of burglary resistance, the patented “Hook” system, a leaf reinforced with a special stiffness bend, anti-removable crossbars. Doors of the Super Omega-7,8,9 series are equipped with a premium class lock system, consisting of two locks of the 4th (highest) class of burglar resistance and reliability. They protect the door as much as possible from the main methods of intellectual opening and force breaking!

The upper lock BLOCKIDO L1 is a lever lock, equipped with the Hook system, which protects the door from breaking by pressing. The lower lock is a cylinder lock, “BLOCKIDO C1” – reinforced with an armor plate that protects against fracture and drilling of the cylinder.

The lock system, in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, consists of two different locks: lever and cylinder. This combination makes it as difficult as possible to open or break the door. A truly hack-resistant system!

BLOCKIDO locking systems are made specifically for Torex. They are of high quality. Confirmation of this is an extended 7-year warranty!

The keys are packed by the security service of the Torex plant and opened personally by the buyer after the door is installed – making a duplicate by fraudsters is excluded.

Heat and sound insulation

The system of heat and sound insulation of doors of the Super Omega-7,8,9 series belongs to the standard + class and exceeds the requirements of the highest class in accordance with GOST 31173-2016.

The main heat and sound insulator is polyurethane foam. It fills the door leaf without voids using the patented Torex Isol technology.

To improve the sound-absorbing properties of the door, an additional layer of insulating material is laid in the leaf.

Protection against odors and drafts

The presence of a double sealing circuit (one of which is magnetic), a metal eccentric and an adjustment of the rebate guarantees high tightness of the doors and protection from drafts, dust and odors.

A double-circuit seal (magnetic on the door leaf and rubber on the box) contributes to the tightest fit of the door leaf to the box.

Adjusting the gap with an eccentric makes it possible to maintain a snug fit of the door to the box during the entire period of operation.
