RNG OPIKA measuring tapes with load 2 and 3 accuracy classes
RNG tapes are designed to measure the level of liquids in transport and stationary containers, equipped with a weight and a stainless steel tape.
Depending on the order, RNG tape measures are manufactured with scales of nominal length of 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 50 meters and are supplied with a weight of 860 grams or 2 kg. It is also possible to perform tape measures for measuring the level of aggressive liquids. The load of such tape measures is made entirely of stainless steel, resistant to aggressive liquids.
Roulettes are made with nominal length scales of 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 50 meters.
According to the accuracy class, RNG tape measures are manufactured in two versions: the 2nd accuracy class and the 3rd accuracy class.
The design of the RNG roulettes
Roulettes RNG OPIKA consist of a body, a measuring tape and a load. The body is a frame of two plates fastened together, between which a drum is placed. A folding handle is attached to the axis of the drum, which serves to rotate and fix it within one turn. A measuring tape is wound on the drum with a weight attached to its exhaust end. A scale consisting of millimeter, five millimeter and centimeter marks is applied to the surface of the tape. The scale is uniform, one-line, with a horizontal arrangement of reference numbers.
Design advantages of RNG roulettes:
- The body of the RNG measuring tapes is made of brass, which ensures the reliability and durability of the design.
- The wooden handle of the tape measure fits comfortably in the hand and provides comfortable use of the tape measure in cold weather.
- The scale tape is made of stainless steel. Thanks to a special manufacturing technology, the tape has high flexibility and strength, able to withstand severe kinks.
- The measurement scale is applied to the tape by means of a laser, which ensures the resistance of marks to abrasion.
