In connection with the operation of the high alert regime in the Irkutsk region associated with the spread of coronavirus, in order to prevent further spread of the infection, employees of the administration of the Nizhneilimsky district, together with police representatives, conducted an inspection of vehicles and retail outlets.

Transport transporting passengers was inspected by specialists of the housing and communal services, transport and communications department of the district administration for the use of respiratory protection by passengers and the presence of disinfectants. Specialists of civil defense and emergency situations, as well as the department of socio-economic development, conducted raids on retail outlets in the 13th microdistrict. All stores were checked, one in the 8th quarter. The inspectors stated that at all points of sale, the sellers were wearing masks and gloves, and the buyers were wearing masks. Also everywhere there are disinfectants and a ten-day supply of protective equipment against viral infections.
