On Thursday, April 18, Bryansk hosted competitions in fire and rescue sports among boys and girls from schools in the Soviet district of the city of Bryansk, dedicated to the 370th anniversary of the Russian fire department.

The competition was attended by 10 teams from 10 schools of the Soviet district of the city of Bryansk – 56 people, including 28 boys and 28 girls born in 2005 and younger.

For the fifth year, along with boys, girls also participate in competitions. Climbing the assault ladder to the window of the second floor of the training tower is a difficult exercise that requires not only speed, but also dexterity. The coach of boys and girls Alexander Efremenkov noted the activity of the guys and the desire to participate in competitions, which means that the popularity of fire-applied sports in the Bryansk region is growing.

It should be noted that in the territory of the Bryansk region there are three sports sections of fire-applied sports (the Klintsovskaya cadet school Young rescuer, a section on the basis of the fire and rescue unit No. in which boys and girls are engaged and compete at various levels. The Bryansk guys also have their own champions.

So, in 2010, at the World Championship in Kazan among young men, a student of school No. 54 in Bryansk, Alexander Kolzunov, became the world champion in the younger age group. The teaching staff included a unified all-Russian sports classification, that is, everyone who meets the standards is assigned sports categories and titles. In the future, many young men and women connect their fate with service in the system of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.

And in these competitions, the team of gymnasium No. 6 became the first, the team of school No. 54 became the second, and the third was the team of school No. 1 of the city of Bryansk. We congratulate the guys on their first achievements and wish them new victories!
