The criminal case against the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ge Leros on the insult of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky and the failure to fulfill the judicial obligation was transferred to the court. A message about this appeared on the website of the State Bureau of Investigations (GBR).

We are talking about the incident, which occurred in the Verkhovna Rada on November 4, 2021. The former member of the “Servant of the people”, speaking from the rostrum, called the head of state a traitor, condemned him for choosing the candidacy of the Minister of Defense and showed the middle finger.

Later, the deputy called his act “impulsive”, but emphasized that he was repeatedly turned off the microphone during criticism of the head of state. The investigation qualified his actions as a gross violation of public order.

In addition, Leros is accused of non -fulfillment of a court decision, which obliged him to refute the words about the possible sale of government posts by the leadership of the country's office. “The People’s Deputy of Ukraine deliberately did not fulfill the court decision, although he was properly familiar with him and had real opportunities,” the GBR said in a statement.

It is noted that in two articles, the parliamentarian is threatened with large fines or imprisonment for up to three years. The procedural leadership of the case, according to the agency’s statement, took over the office of the Prosecutor General of the country.

Previously, geos Leros proposed to give Zelensky diapers in the event of a new coup d'etat and “resettle to the golden toilet” in the former residence of ex-president Viktor Yanukovych “Mezhigorye”. On the vote, this idea was supported by two more deputies.
