Alexey Nechaev, the founder of Faberlic, became the owner of the Sports.ru online publication.
Negotiations have been ongoing since 2019 and lasted for more than two years. There were different investment configurations.
It is noted that German Tkachenko (owner of 67.75% of shares), Dmitry Navosha (23.75%), Dmitry Stepanov (8%) and Yuri Dud (0.5%) sold their shares to Nechaev's investment fund, Interfax reports.
Nothing changes in the company, the team will work in the same composition. And Sports.ru founders Navosha and Stepanov will join Sports.ru's board of directors as observers.
