BEIJING, Jan. 25 (Xinhua) — General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC Central Committee), President Xi Jinping and General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CCP Central Committee) Nguyen Phu Trong exchanged congratulatory messages on the upcoming Spring Festival on Tuesday traditional for both countries.
Xi Jinping noted that 2021 has been a very unusual year for the development of the CCP and the CPV, as well as the two countries. The CCP solemnly celebrated the centenary of its founding, China embarked on a new path to comprehensively build a modernized socialist power, and its people are proudly and confidently moving forward in the cause of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
