Competitive selection of Sber ambassadors from among active students and graduate students of the country's leading universities has been completed. Yaroslav Andreev, a 4th year student of the Faculty of International Regional Studies and Regional Management of the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IGSU) of the RANEPA, was among the twenty winners.
Sberbank is one of the three best employers in the country, according to the hh.ru portal, and is interested in an influx of specialists from leading Russian universities. To do this, the company annually holds a competition for SberU ambassadors, in which thousands of students from all over the country take part.
The task of the Sber Ambassador is to promote the company's brand among young people. What should an ambassador be able to do? Present yourself, organize themed events at your university, tell students about Sber's career and educational projects. A bonus from the company is a monthly supplement to the scholarship in the amount of 5,000 rubles. For example, in November the Academy will host career trainings for students, organized by Yaroslav together with Sber employees.
“At the first stage of selection, the experience of my social and extracurricular activities played an invaluable role,” says Yaroslav Andreev. – The second stage was an individual creative task: I had to write a post for social networks in the style of Sberbank on the topic of their career projects, practices and internships. The last stage was an online interview with representatives of the bank, where I noted that I was the Chairman of the Student Parliamentary Club of the RANEPA and spoke about our activities.”
According to Tatyana Panova, Dean of the Faculty of International Regional Studies and Regional Management, Sberbank's initiative is a good incentive for career guidance for future specialists. “It's nice that a student of our university won the competition,” says Tatyana Vladimirovna. “The public work of Yaroslav Andreev is an excellent start in the future career of a civil servant.”
