Promstroyinvest M was founded in 2001 as a subsidiary of one of the largest developers in Russia, JSC Mospromstroy. The leading activity of the company is the organization of financing of housing construction projects being built by JSC Mospromstroy on the basis of investment contracts with the Government of the city of Moscow.
During the period from 2001 to 2018, Promstroyinvest M provided financing for residential real estate projects with a total area of over 480 thousand square meters.
All houses, in which the company releases housing, are located in prestigious areas of the capital and organically fit into the existing development. A well-maintained territory has been created around each house, landscaping of courtyards has been made, playgrounds and guest parking lots have been organized. The apartments have glazed loggias and balconies, and also involve the work of a concierge service.
In 2006 – 2007, Mospromstroy and Promstroyinvest M jointly implemented the MFZhK project (multifunctional residential complex) on Bazhova Street, as well as houses on Tekstilshchikov, Selskokhozyaistvennaya, Kadomtsev streets. Since 2006, the construction of a residential complex on Michurinsky Prospekt has been underway. From 2007 to 2009, the Rublevskoye Suburb settlement was built and commissioned with a total footage of 120 thousand square meters. Work is underway on a residential complex on Akademika Vinogradova Street, 7-11. In 2019, the residential complex on Melnikova was commissioned.
